Waterworks Ripple Terms

Waterworks Ripple is about receiving a helping hand — and then passing it on

Each Ripple provides a specified amount of free plumbing labour at each stage.

Once you’ve received your Ripple, you nominate the next recipient, helping to keep the Ripple going through four recipients.

1. The Ripple covers plumbing labour only.
   Materials, fixtures, fittings and any other associated costs are not included.
2. Each Ripple will state the amount of free plumbing labour available to that recipient.
   The allocation may vary between stages and between different Waterworks Ripple promotions.
3. The Waterworks Ripple is passed on four times, with each recipient nominating the next eligible person in the Ripple.
4. Each stage of the Ripple must be registered with Waterworks Plumbing NSW within 7 days of receipt.
   If it is not registered within this period, that stage of the Ripple may expire.
5. Each stage of the Ripple must be passed on to a different household or property.
6. The free plumbing labour cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash, and any unused labour allocation has no cash value.
7. The offer applies to owner-occupied properties only and is not available for rental properties.
8. Properties must be located within Baulkham Hills and surrounding areas serviced by Waterworks Plumbing NSW, unless otherwise agreed by Waterworks Plumbing NSW.
9. All work is subject to availability and scheduling with Waterworks Plumbing NSW.
10. The Ripple is intended for plumbing work that can be completed using standard plumbing hand and power tools.
    Work requiring machinery, specialist equipment or specialised tools is not included in the free labour offer.
11. Materials, fixtures, fittings, equipment hire and any other additional costs required to complete the work will be discussed with the customer before work proceeds.
12. If the requested work is expected to take longer than the free labour allocation, Waterworks Plumbing NSW will discuss this with the customer before proceeding.
    Any additional labour will be charged at the applicable rate.
13. The free labour allocation applies to one visit or job and cannot be split across multiple unrelated jobs or visits unless agreed by Waterworks Plumbing NSW.
14. Waterworks Plumbing NSW may decline work that is unsafe, outside the scope of its services, requires machinery or specialist equipment, or is otherwise unsuitable for the Waterworks Ripple promotion.
15. A Ripple cannot be sold or exchanged and may only be transferred through the intended Waterworks Ripple process.
16. Waterworks Plumbing NSW reserves the right to reasonably amend, suspend or withdraw the promotion where circumstances require.
